You could build me a cloud out of promises
And I’d sleep on it gladly
A million miles above the Earth
You’d say you’d come back as soon as you could
To visit me up there
But chances are, you never would
So I’d stay sleeping nearly forever
A real beauty lost to the world
From a curse brought to us long ago
Eventually I’d wake up
Like I always do, a different person
with the same name.
